QBS Salon provides in-person beauty and grooming services. Due to the nature of these services:

All services once started or completed are non-refundable.

Payments made for completed services cannot be refunded.
2. Appointment Cancellations

Customers may request appointment cancellation or rescheduling prior to the scheduled time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund.
3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a confirmed appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any advance payment, if applicable.
4. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases of service-related concerns, customers are encouraged to contact us within 24 hours. Management may review the concern at its discretion. Any resolution offered will be at the sole discretion of QBS Salon.
